Our INVESTMENT THESIS is based on a CONVERGE MODEL This model seeks to capture high quality deal flow with low valuations and later converge with a developed market co-investing at a late seed, series A round with a strategic investor.
The convergence model allows us to leverage local opportunities while increasing their chances of generating SUCCESS cases through clear EXIT PATHS.
